Grounding Sheets
I thought this had come up before ,but the search doesn't come up with any meaningful results.
I'm sure it has been discussed.

There was a more recent one but I can't scroll past 5 days to find it. This seems to be a change which I am going to ask about.
Actually Madlegs was wrong. Put Grounding Sheet in the search box and you will see a number of posts. And if you put grounding sheets you get some others.
It was in my 'Cupboard of Shame' along with the soap bar, the revitive foot massager and the restiffic foot wrap.I gave it away to a charity shop.
Like all the other 'miracle' cures, it did sweet FA for my severe RLS.
😂 That’s what I thought. My weighted blankets can join your items in the cupboard. Thank you for replying x
Mine was piled high! Pine bark extract, alpha lipoic acid, magnesium threonate. Indian herbs. Chinese herbs.Every time someone posted about a new wonder supplement or gadget- I tried it.
But I was desperate for a solution.
I have wasted so much time & money over the last 15 years.
You live and learn.
My second laugh for the day - It was in my 'Cupboard of Shame' 🤣🤣🤣
yes, had a terrible effect. We tried two nights with same medications dose that had been working ok. It was extremely bad. Violent movement head to toe. Started after about 2 hours of sleep and continued for next 4-5 hrs. I would fall asleep for a few minutes then bam extremely hard movements. My advice is don't do. I also found many others who had similar issue researching on internet.
I think it may depend on the cause of your restless legs. There seem to be many causes for different people. I have read that high levels of EMFs can cause RLS in some people so in that case, so long as this was the only cause, yes it may help.
My well meaning husband bought me one without asking me first. It is in my cupboard of shame as well.
I use them and wear grounding shoes, but not for RLS. They do not improve RLS symptoms at all.
