Weighted blanket

Hi I'm 11 stone and I'm just wondering what have people bought the 4kg or 6kg blanket?

A weighted blanket was bought for me, I believe it's 4kg. I fold it up and place it across the lower part of my legs, from my knees down. It's not a cure, obviously! But it helps.

I'm a smallish person though, so if you're concerned with the weight of the blanket I can't see there being any harm on going for the heavier version. I find it quite soothing to be honest.

Hi. I bought myself a 4kg one. I've used it for the last 2 nights, and like you said it's not a cure, but I'll try anything.

Good luck with it. Honestly, it took a bit of getting use to by not I really do love it!
