I’m wondering what meditation is available for restless legs in Europe and how enlightened Eastern Europe may be as to the use of Belbuca. I’m currently on 2 mg Neupro and 800 mg of Gabapentin. But I have used both Belbuca and Methadone in the past. I know there is a clinic on the coast in Kotor Montenegro. But I was wondering if anyone knew about Neupro or belbuca and it’s availablity in Europe as a whole and if so could you please share? Thank you so much.

Buprenorphine was registered in Montenegro in 2017, but like the rest of Europe, it isn't licensed for RLS, only opioid addiction. So it will depend on the doctors and neurologists there and whether they will prescribe off licence for RLS.
If you can email a hospital or pharmacy near where you will be living, they may be able to provide more information.
We don't get many visitors from the Balkans, so you may not get an answer from someone living in Montenegro.
I think it depends really on the country itself and not the region. I live in Hungary and although pregabalin, gabapentin, tramadol and methadone are all available, the first line treatment is still dopamine agonists here. So I think it’s up to the country’s regulations.
