Im a long time sufferer of this terrible RLS. To be quite honest, its worse than breast cancer, which i am in remission. RSL i ask myself is it ever going to stop!!Day & night in my legs and arms, it has completely ruined my life, in so many ways. The specialists, both NHS and Private cannot cure it. Tried all kinds of meds, sleeping tablets, accupuncture, excersise, endless blood tests nothing works. So the future looks very grim.

There is treatment that works for most people, if you can find the right doctor and the right combination of meds. What meds are you taking now, including over the counter medication?

Have you had recent blood tests? If so what actual numbers do you have?

Low-dose (10 mg/day) methadone was a last-resort medicine for me, but once on it, my life was completely turned around and now I'm a happy camper. After 5 years I have still not needed to increase my daily dosage.
