waste of time
Yes, same as me. But we are prepared to try anything that might help us. I am in the process of massaging Ibubrufen gel into my legs. My doctor said some people have found it helps.
At least that's one thing you don't have to waste money on.😕 Good to know.
Many people have found the lotion/ oil very comforting. It may be washed off after 20 minutes, if it is found to be stinging
@roadrunner-- in general, antiinflammatory meds, and Paracetamol, don't relieve rls. It is actually a simple test as to whether one has rls or not.
Cheers.
Hi Madlegs, What sort of test is done for Restless legs. Actually I am beginning to think I have peripheral neuropathy rather than .RL
Thanks for your help.
No specific test. Just a set of symptoms. The major one, is having to move the limbs to relieve the jitters.
The full list of conditions are on
Good luck.
I found that the magnesium spray did help, if only that it seemed to help me to relax. It did make my skin itch a bit though and was certainly no cure. Maybe it was for me a bit of wishful thinking?
Hi, new to the group as a father exploring for a young family member who is experiencing symptoms quite similar to RLS. For non medication/organic treatment options seems like there is 'test and see' approach. Would you/anyone know if use CBD oils have benefited ?
Hi SalHaids
Welcome to our community. You may well find that you receive more help and advice if you start a new thread, rather than asking about CBD oils in this thread.
I honestly think the spray does no good i think its the massage its self that helps i get a ease if i don't use it but that's just my findings on with and without spray's and lotions
