hi I have been using boots luxury cooling leg gel which really helped my RLS and allowed me to get back to sleep. Unfortunately they have stopped making it. Does anyone know of a cooling gel or similar that really cools the legs down.

Something I have used on muscles is Deep Freeze Cold Gel:
Will look for something similar...but have never found topical lotions to help much...tried magnesium patches...they help sometimes....Therapulse works for me ...
