Can anyone suggest a UK OTC cold/flu remedy medication that won't exacerbate RLS please? Thanks

Avoid anything that contains Chlorpheniramine Maleate, pseudoephedrine or Diphenhydramine (Benadryl). If cough and nasal congestion are the problem Vicks cough syrup, Robitussin daytime, Guaifenesin (plain musinex), Hycomine (hydrocodone bitartrate) and phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride) are all OK

But note that we're all different - I for example have not personally noticed a problem with Day or Night Nurse which is the first culprit in the cold/flu list!:
