Time difference

HiI am asking again as can't find my last post, so apologies for that. I am going to jamaica which is a 10.5 hour flight leaving UK at 7.45am and landing around 1300 ish Jamaican time. Should I just take my ropinerole at normal times or change timings, I usually take 250 x2 around 2pm and a 1mg around 6/7pm, (someday I do need more but that is what I'm supposed to take) I also would like to ask Sue about my iron levels as I December when she recommended I went for iron test my levels were Ferritin 50 and Na (sodium) 135, mg 0 67 and hb130 whatever they are. Today I got results for test which are ferritin 87 and Na 134 am I on enough iron please. Thank you in advance for all your help.

On the iron, you are doing fine. You might want to take twice the amount you are taking and take it every day at the same time so it is at least 24 hours apart. Hb is hemoglobin and130 is OK. How long are you going to be in Jamaica?

Since you are going to be there for 14 days I would suggest taking your ropinirole an hour later each day.

Would that be before I go Sue and if so, how long before the 5 days as in time difference? Like start on Wednesday taking 1st one an hour earlier so instead of 2pm it will be 1pm and making it an hour earlier each day as I think they are 5 behind us. Evening one 6 instead of 7pm then 5pm etc etc. Sorry to be a pain buy I want to make sure I've got it right and reverse 5 days before returning?

I would start the day you leave and take both 1 hour later not earlier since you want to take it closer to bedtime. I think there is a 6 hour difference.

Hopefully. In any case it should increase your ferritin faster.
