I saw a new Neurologist at my local hospital last week as my RLS has been made worse by the chemo I am on. I am stage 4 and Palliative care for Sarcoma with mets in liver, chest wall and spine. I told him I can’t wean off Ropinerole so he suggested changing to Rigotine patches which, as I also have IBS badly, he thinks will be better. They don’t have to go through the gut. I am very nervous about making the change. Has anyone done it successfully?

Many people on here have switched from Ropinirole to Neupro. It should go smoothly.I'm glad the neurologist is helping you through this difficult time.

Hi, about a month ago I saw my neurologist and mentioned when I forgot to take Pramipexol by 6pm I was in trouble with my rls. He suggested the patches and they have been great. I don’t have any other interacting health issues that I know of.
