Has anyone watched any of Dr Berg's youtube videos about B1 (Thiamine) deficiency and RLS?

I know RLS is associated with iron dysfunction but the Dr's video's are so very interesting. I've watched a couple of them now and he talks specifically about RLS and B1 deficiences. He mentions a lab test for testing B1 levels. Just wanted to share if anyone has interest in watching. I'm not sure what to make of it yet. He has other videos on youtube.com

I just saw it a few days ago. I was going to try and get some. And look up my old labs to see if I was ever tested for B1. I love Dr. Berg and his videos. He seems very informed and it's worth a try. I'll try anything as I sit here unable to sleep again. 😢

I wonder if my b1 levels have ever been checked.

I have heard words of caution about taking nutritional yeast if you tend to have fungal or candida problems as the yeast can feed these. So if you are a sugar addict like me (because the yeast/fungus want to eat) then it may be better to find a synthetic source for Vit B1.
