Night 11 without Requip, best sleep yet

I don't want to get too excited but I haven't slept over 5 hours in a couple of months since reducing DA meds (Requip down to 1/4 and then 0). I am trying a later bed time 10:30/11 instead of 9 pm. I have always gone to be early and gotten up early even though we are retired. I still needed to get up and exercise around 12 am but fell asleep pretty easy and slept til 8:15 am!! No RL during that time that I was aware of. I took SueJohnson's advice and made sure about timing of Gabapentine with later bedtime. Praying it is a beginnning of a trend

Hi Opie, that’s amazing and you have done so well and should be very proud of yourself and your achievement. By no means an easy journey and one I’m on at the moment so your post gives us all hope.

Well done again and long May it last.
