Iron at night following meds?

My question is whether the absorption of oral iron (heme iron) with orange juice at night about two to three hours after taking pregabalin will be affected by the medication. I have been reading and I know that calcium and certain meds like antacids will interfere with the absorption of iron but I don’t know about pregabalin.

I am also taking low doses of clonazepam (1/4 mg now) and ropinerole (1/4 mg) but am continuing to taper off of those.

The iron won't affect the pregabalin nor vice versa. You could even take them at the same time.

Sue, thank you!! I will take another 30 mg at night. Even though the lab test said my ferritin levels were 159, I don’t know what the saturation was because she didn’t test for that. Also, I still think that if I get my ferritin up higher, it might help.
