Can anyone refresh my memory about the drug that helps RLS sufferers with travelling long journeys please?

RLS and flying
Sadly, if you're reducing Pramipexole because of augmentation, there isn't much that will control the RLS until you're off the stuff.Low dose opioids like codeine, tramadol and oxycodone can help withdrawal symptoms.
Most UK pharmacies sell OTC paracetamol with very low dose codeine but it's probably not strong enough to stop the creepy crawlies during augmentation.
Many people do try red vein Borneo Kratom ( small teaspoon) but it's illegal in most countries so not helpful if you're flying abroad.
I have tried sleeping tablets to no avail...but saving up to fly Business Class to Sydney next year as sitting upright for 12 hours etc is a nightmare. Flights have more then doubled in price so makes it very expensive. Would love to find meds that work...don't take any prescription drugs for RLS.
I take one Percocet on top of my 1500 gabapentin. My doctor prescribes me 20 tabs 4 years ago and I have 10 left. Meaning I have not used them for anything but plane rides which to me is when the RLS makes me crazed. I have dreaded planes and been near tears on them for years until this med was given to me 4 years Ago. I take it 30” before a flight. Hopefully your doc agrees. Take care
Book an aisle seat on the airplane so you can get up and walk around. If you belong to the Restless Legs Syndrome Foundation, download the Restless Legs Syndrome Special Accommodations Card to give to the flight attendant.
