Sue, what about benadryl with the gabapentin? That is what I do and do manage some sleep. I also have allergies but react terribly to mosquito bites here in Canada( in Muskoka) and find benadryl helps ~~~~~~~~~~~at night only. Benadryl at too high a dose (2 tablets instead of one) makes me nauseated.

Benadryl is known to make RLS worse for most but everyone is different. I know what you mean though. It works great for mosquito bites.
