This survey was developed by the European Federation of Neurological Associations (EFNA) to assess the lived experiences of neurology patients and carers in accessing diagnosis and care in Europe.

The aim is to identify, document and address the various challenges faced by all those affected by a neurological condition, either as patients or caregivers, from diagnosis to the treatment pathway. The data gathered through this survey can be used to address the unmet needs and challenges faced by all those affected by neurological conditions.

The survey is open to anyone over the age of 18 who lives with or cares for someone with a neurological condition and resides in Europe until 19/04/2022.
