It doesn’t say when the programme is to be aired and the article is a year old. Has it been on and I’ve missed it?
They were advertising it on the TV yesterday evening to be shown tonight at 9.00. I am not sure if it's old. I will have a look tonight

Unfortunately, no mention of RLS. It's interesting on lack of sleep affects you. But not a lot we can do anyway. So watchable, yes ... helpful for RLS...not really.
