Thanks DicCarlson. We're aware of the algorithm but the more times it's posted, the better.The video is new though. I had no idea Dr. Silber was South African though. I assumed he was American.

Has anyone tried algorithm that was using mirapex and if so was it better?

Oh thank you so much for making me aware of this video, I'm sure a lot of fellow sufferers have seen this but even the fact that I have something now to show to my gp gives me hope.im without a doubt on the severe scale and have been handed out the same prescription "Pramipexole"for as long as I can remember, I'm in my 70s now.i believe the disease has definitely made me feel suicidal on a lot of occasions but my GPS do not listen. I will show this on my next visit although I believe GPS in general don't take too well to the fact that a mere patient might have more knowledge than they do.thanks again DicCarlson
