Yes-- many people find these devices useful. Percussion hammer-- type ones, and there are commercial leg massage units- Restific is one ,I think. I also use a pistol type (Bob and Brad) which is good.

Thank you for your advice. Have just been using a small massager up and down my legs and On My Feet I do believe it might have a good effect. I feel some hope where there was none yesterday.

That's great.

Do check your serum ferritin levels- need to be at least 100.

Also all the triggers- medications and stuff that goes through the mouth.

A food diary is very helpful.

I didn’t have any luck with a foot massage unit. However I did/do with the following two products: Relaxis Pad and Restific foot wraps. (Sorry, it looks like they discontinued the Relaxis Pad… A little over-priced at $800 anyway.) I just got the Restiffic foot wraps ($200), that simply apply pressure to a certain spot on the bottom of the feet. I can honestly say that it’s almost like there are “off buttons“ on the bottom of my feet. I’ve had RLS for 20 years, and for me right now, Suboxone, (which I just started), is completely effective at eliminating RLS. I’ve been on opioids for 20 years after all the usual meds either didn’t work or caused augmentation. Good luck and God bless you.

Thank you your information. Where is the spot on your feet and maybe I could massage it with my hand massager. You can see I'm desperate!!
