RLS SUPPLEMENT UPDATE

I had previously posted about MAG R&R. I ordered this supplement for my husband because he gets severe leg cramps at night. He took it once and hasn't had leg cramps since. Meanwhile, I am walking all night and day with RLS. Getting 2- hours sleep in three days. I was at my wits end. All I could think about was death. One evening my husband told me to try the MAG R&R. That was almost two weeks ago and haven't had RLS since. I waited to let you all know about it because other stuff has worked for a couple of days and then back to HELL.

I was contacted by many of you because you were unable to get it in your Country. I contacted the company and they said they were not ready to ship out of the Country yet, but MAG R&R is available on Amazon. They also gave me a discount link for $15 off for you and me. **Actually, they didn't offer it, I asked for it** I don't know if this link will work on Amazon, but worth a try. Those of you that can order directly: saltwrap.com. Also use the link. saltwrap.referralcandy.com/ I haven't used the link because I got it after I ordered.

I hope this helps and that you can get this miracle supplement.

God bless each and every one of you.

How much do you take, strength, how many times a day, and what time(s) of day?

Hello LanaCSR, I take 3 capsules before bedtime. That has worked for two weeks already. Before that I had RLS about 18 hours a day

You can of course take all the supplements that are in RRMag as separate doses. I am or have taken everything that is in that. On occasion I take a 3mg time release melatonin (Natrol), Ashwagandha (125 mg, Life Extension). As for the Passion Flower, GABA, and other sleep aids - they are frequently in sleep teas - many good brands. The Magnesium is a complex supplement. I take Magtein (a patented formula) and Magnesium Taurate. In the RRMag is Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate buffered. There might be other better Magnesium. Read this article about the Bisglycinate and the "buffered" term.

Of course if the RRMag works for anyone - so be it - I would burn a frog on a moonless night - it it would help me sleep!
