Rls and cramp
Night cramps are not normally a part of RLS. They're a separate condition with different causes.
There a few things that can cause them, from an electrolyte imbalance to.poor circulation.
I have extremely bad rls, targin seems not to be fully controlling it, also take lyrica. Can I ask what your dosage is of both??
Thanks
Targin cr-tablet 10MG/5MG twice a day and lyrica 75mg one a day as needed also at night one Sifrol 0.125mg this combination works if I take it at the same time midday one targin one lyrica at night one targin one sifrol
Leg cramps and RLS can go hand in hand - but are totally not related - perhaps a malabsorption condition is decreasing electrolytes like magnesium and potassium and also iron (ferritin). My leg cramps eventually responded to magnesium supplements and potassium. Basic sea salt and cream of tartar (for potassium) can help or just Magnesium in the form of Magtein (a patented formula).
