I know that different foods/drinks can aggravate RLS. Does anyone know if it would be worth it to get a food sensitivity blood test? Are they reliable? Would that tell me what could be affecting my RLS? Is there a good brand out there over the counter, or does this need to be done by a doctor?

Food sensitivity test?
I see you have received no replies. I don’t know that food allergy testing is very reliable. That was my takeaway when I looked into it several years ago. Perhaps there has been advancements in the testing since then.
You might try simply eliminating certain suspect food items from your diet for three or so weeks and see if you experience a reduction in RLS. I know that is easier said than done.

I encourage you to look up Dr Mark Hyman's articles regarding food sensitivity and elimination diets.
I've found that inflammatory foods are the culprit. Those are usually ones that either raise the insulin levels or cause oxidative stress. The ones that will raise insulin levels are sugary or ones high in refined starch especially when combined with high gluten as that speeds up their rate of absorption. The ones that cause oxidative stress are things like refined seed oils. Avoiding processed food and cooking with lard or coconut oil is a good way to avoid refined starch, sugar and grain oils and E202 preservative which can be another trigger.
