Legxerciser?

So has anybody seen this advertised? Among the multiple things it says it helps with they say it is good for calming restless legs. I've read so many reviews, both positive and negative. So I'm wondering if anybody on here has heard of it or tried it and does it help RLS?

I bought a similar leg stimulator called Revitive which made similar claims. It uses electrical pulses to stimulate the calf muscles. It actually triggered RLS every time I used it. I was able to sell it on ebay so only lost about £10.

If you can buy with a guarantee ( they usually say you can return it within 60 days if it doesn't help) then consider it as we all react differently.

Thank you Joolsg, for the input. I'm so sorry it didn't work for you. 😩

I have a cupboard FULL of gadgets, mats and supplements. I try EVERYTHING that people post on here in the continuous attempt to find something that works. The one thing I've learned is that we really are all different. I hope it helps.

I note the ad says "restless legs" rather than "restless leg syndrome". Restless legs is a pretty broad-range term. If it is not approved by an insurance entity who would have investigated it thoroughly I would be skeptical. But, then again, those of us with RLS know how broad-range all the hundreds of possible treatments for our disease can be - what works for one may not for another, what works today may not work tomorrow, etc. If they can assure you that you can get your money back within so much time if it does not work and you can afford it, I'd go for it.

I bought a mini exercise bike and so far have found it a real help with my rls (4 ropinerole a day ) I sometimes think I will go off my head with lack of sleep - slow exercise on my mini bike is helping - so far!

I feel so bad for you. I realize the not able to sleep is awful. By a mistake, I took tramadol for a back ache, and realized that my RLS stopped, while taking it. I have been taking 5 mg of tramadol for over a year now and my RLS is relieved....not gone, because if I forget to take it, my RLS comes with revenge. I hope you find something that works. l swear by tramadol.

Hi, I have a vibrator you stand on, and it doesn't help. The only thing that relieves me is taking 5 mg of tramadol every day.

I’m skeptical. It’s hard to imagine anything that passively moves your legs with such a small range of motion (or even a larger range of motion) would do anything at all. Other than take up space.
