As they say: "Different strokes for different folks" and I'm sure that is true- But here is what I finally discovered to help relieve my RLS symptoms: First I try to maintain a low salt diet. I take a magnesium (500mg) supplement every other day and alternate that with a iron glycinate supplement (28mg) on the other days. Lastly I take two gabapentin 100 mg capsules 2 hours before bed time each evening. So far-so good. No RLS problems since I started this program.

Make sure you keep hydrated it really works
I like your combination.Keep it the same level If early moning comes, walk i off. I use my own con cocotion but remember, the jerks come with somulance, or 1st level of dozing off after meals or before night sleep. Tbe magnesium will help getting into a deeper sleep with some. It must be pure. Keep up the good work!
