Dear wonderful RLS community,

I haven't been able to post for some weeks now (my health always deteriorates as the winter arrives), so my apologies for not contributing recently.

I wanted to wish every one of you a wonderful holiday and more importantly, a healthy 2021 full of sleep and vitality! And lots of good stuff.

And to say thank you all so much for being such a fantastic group of supportive and kind people, giving up your time to help.

All the very best and stay safe,

Sampsie
