I have had RLS for 20 years - it is a scourge. I am consistently shocked at how cavalier the medical community is about it. Not to mention ignorant. I have resorted now to CBD/THC gummies to sleep but I live in California so that is an option. I also use Hylanda homeopathic remedy which does seem to work but not all the time. I have experimented with high doses of potassium but I also have super ventricular tachycardia and if the minerals get out of whack my heart goes berserk. All to say that I don’t have a solution. But I wanted to say thank you to those on this site because it makes me feel less alone in my quest to find an answer.

Please be careful it may be dangerous for you to take high doses of potassium. If for any reason your kidneys can't effectively get rid of the excess then.there could be serious possibly fatal consequences.
