Anyone get restless leg in front of their leg right below the knee where your shines are? My left is worse than my right, and it vibrates down my leg to my feet and toes. Also cold weather makes mine worse. Anyone have this happen to them, this way? It is usually when I sit to long, or at night, or when my legs are to cold.

This sounds more likea circulatory or neuropathy problem than RLS.

I suggest you see a doctor just to make sure.
