Third night using my weighted blanket.

My first night using my weighted blanket was fantastic. The second night not so much. Last night was my third night and was a little better than the second night.

Unfortunately, I was falling asleep, my husband thought I was awake and he talked to me and I woke up. My legs had an instant reaction and they started to bother me again!! . It's scary... it's like they have a mind of their own!.

I put Icy-Hot on them and, eventually, I went back to sleep.

I didn't say anything to my husband because he didn't do it on purpose. He would have felt very bad if I had told him.

This has been like a roller coaster... I just want to feel a little less miserable... that's all.

We shall see...

P.D. I insist. If you can get Icy-Hot, try it. Unfortunately, I understand it's only sold in the US.

icy hot in the US is 10 percent menthol. 30 percent methyl salicylate.Theragesic works better for me, it's 1 and 15 percent. whichever you use, massage it in good as the massage helps legs. and then wash your hands!

Thanks for the tip. I'll take it into account if I need it. So far, I'm happy with Icy-Hot and, of course, I wash my hands even though I use the one that comes in an applicator.

I find the only thing my blanket does for me is helps when watching something on tv in the day At night it offers no relief

Oh. I'm so sorry to hear that. I must say I'm sleeping better than before and my legs haven't bothered me so much but it wouldn't be the first time it happens and every time the "thing" comes back with a vengeance. I really don't know what's working, I do so many things to stop this nightmare...
