Vit D supplements will help. Do you have RLS? Shaky hands, cramps & weight gain sounds more like thyroid symptoms so see GP for blood tests.

A few years ago doctors were thinking I had RLS-or symptoms like RLS...I already went to a lot of doctors and scans...at the moment 1 doctor thinks I have RLS-symptoms and the other one thinks it all comes from vitamin D shortage so...

Also (I am 49 years old) I haven't had my period for 20 years and I have leaky breast also and my prolactine level is 124 so...they also checked me for prolactinoma and AGAIN...one doctor said no prolactinoma (you can not see it on MRI) but my house doctor says it could be microprolactinoma...you can not see that on mri.

I just come here to find some answers...have been struggling with this for a few years so...already lost a lot of money and the only thing I know for 100% is that my vit d and prolactine is not good. And in one year I gained 15 kg. I don't eat much...1600 kcal/day...

Thanks for the reply and maybe someone will read this and can help me...

Again, sounds like hypothyroid symptoms. Many women with hypothyroidism have symptoms like yours and go undiagnosed for years. Suggest you ask to see an endocrinologist.

Thanks for the info. Really. I went to endocrinologist last year and confirmed no visible prolactinoma. House doctor says: (he is 62 years old) microprolactinoma. That's it.

I will do a full thyroid check-up and will keep you posted.

But on a normal bloodresult the TS4 and TSH are good but people tell me I should check TS3...TS3 was not on the paper checked...

To give an answer to Manerva:I went to a lot of doctors already. And not every doctor has the same opinion. Do you know what I mean? This one tells this and the others one says...nonono...it must be that. That is why I am searching for help or info here. And you are right about RLS...I do not have RLS...it looks a bit like it but it is not that. (a neurologist confirmed RLS but I don't think he made the right diagnose.)

I think it has to do with Dopamine. Very related to vit D shortage and Prolactine too high.

My intention are very good and 200% trustable.

Hello again Sandee. I see you haven't posted for a while. Last time about 9 months ago.

I'm sorry to hear that you're still having problems.

As I've written before, I don't mean to be unkindly, but your problem is not RLS.

As I've also written before, I would like to be of some help to you, but can't do that if you aren't entirely honest about what you want from this forum.

What do you want from me? And why do you think I am not being honest? This is not the way to help people...

As Jools says, if you want help with the symptoms you describe in this post and the various other symptoms you've described in previous posts over the last 2 years then you need to consult a doctor.

It's OK to be on this site and correspond with people for other reasons, if that's what you wish, but if all the symptoms you've identified over the last two years are genuine it would be a good idea to see a doctor regularly.
