I have been using restiffic foot wraps for a while now and getting a fair night's sleep.. Forgot to put them on last Thursday and am now nursing a damaged cartilage due to large involuntary movement

I use them as well. When I feel the RLS coming on, during the night, I wrap them round my feet. It will take a while but eventually (10minutes or so) I can go back to sleep. However,, on their own, they are no good. I am on Gabapentin as well.

I do recall a fellow who surmised that RLSers need to get up and walk around. So, he would push on a heavy foot board on his bed while laying down and claimed it was similar to getting up and walking about. I think the restiffic foot wrap is a similar "work around".
