Does anyone know if ritalin (methylphenidate hydrochloride) can induce or exacerbate RLS?

It's a stimulant and therefore likely to exacerbate RLS.

But then again it increases dopamine which should ease RLS symptoms - although you may have to spend the night running round the house cleaning!!

If anyone wants to send me bags of Ritalin/amphetamine I will try it out for you and let you know :) :p

Hi Raffe, it's been a long time. Hope you and yours are well. Ya know Raff, I hope you plan on sharing any ill-gotten goods with me... it's the right thing to do! But seriously and rather ironically, I want and truly need to be on Adderall or Ritalin because I have self-diagnosed these past 36 months nothing short of bizarre and unpleasant. Thoughts?
