I noticed if i have processed meats with what I think are blk pepper and msg fortified I suffer at night with Madlegs.

Suffering similarly tonight.

Ate out today- delicious tasting meal- maybe just too delicious- suspicious?

Have taken a sleeping pill.

MSG can convert to Glutamate, the excitable neurotransmitter and will contribute to being awake.
