New symptom itching

I’ve had rls a long time. Now I itch almost every evening for no reason. Is that rls also and it started this summer. Is it just a summer thing. My usual requip dose of .5 seems to have made the itching go away or maybe it’s a coincidence. Should I be concerned?

I can't remember exactly which, but you might want to get your liver or kidneys checked out. My aunt has a problem like this and she said it was possibly related to problems with one of those organs. I need to talk to her and find out what happened there.

Where on your body is the itchy bit? Are you exposed to the sun by any chance or taking any other medications?

Not much sun exposure. Yes I take other meds. Guess I need to ask doc. It’s weird it is just in eve. Thanks for reply

There lots of reasins for itching so without more specific detail it's impossible to say.

If itching is "localised" i.e. only in small areas, whether one or several then it's possibly some external agent affecting your skin. e.g. the sun, some irritant, something you've become allergic to, your skin getting dry.

If itching is all over then it's something "systemic". Again it could be an allergy to something you've eaten. If it's jaunduce then the whites of your eyes may look yellow and your urine look dark.

It unlikely to be related to your RLS..
