The syndrome of restless legs is an unknown disease that currently has more than 800 associates nationwide and affects between 5-10% of

The Spanish population.

With the sole purpose of spreading our disease, on Saturday, May 23, in collaboration with C.C. La Zenia Boulevard, the City Hall of OrihuelaCosta and Hospital Quiron, among others, the triathlete Jota of Thriatlon Phoenix, will make a charity march to spread our disease.

The activity begins on May 21, leaving the triathlete from Madrid and making a bicycle tour (making strategic stops in the municipalities of Aranjuez and Albacete) arriving at the Health Center of Orihuela Costa on Saturday May 23 where a popular march until you reach the CC parking Zenia Boulevard

Once the participants reach the goal, the Shopping Center and the City Hall, with the collaboration of different companies,

He plans to conduct a ZUMBA class and other activities on a stage for all attendees, as well as raffles with gifts offered by the partner companies and stands thereof. The event will end with a performance already scheduled on the stage of the Shopping Center and a children's workshop by scrap workshop Ana Scrapandquilling.

Well done and good luck. I hope you draw lots of attention to your event and of course 'our' horrible disease. Incidentally, I do not hope you will 'spread the disease' itself. But knowledge of and about - yes, definitely.

I am in NL, and last September one fairly young woman patient (in her 30s I think) did a long distance walk to draw attention. She managed to generate quite a lot of publicity. I am sure your event will too. Spread the word...!
