Really bad night tonight.Although my rls hardly bothers me ,tonight i got mad.I am suspecting that my rls is on because i got very upset about something that happened today.Has anybody had a break through when being upset?

Hi Katerina, sorry to hear you've had a bad night.
I'm not quite sure what exactly was happening, but I'm assuming you've not slept very well due to RLS symptoms.
It is true that stress can aggravate RLS and additionally, anxiety can cause insomnia even in the absence of RLS symptoms.
If stress is aggravating your RLS as it appears to be doing on this occasion and this happens regularly it would be useful for you to seek help with stress coping strategies.
If your RLS normally hardly bothers you, then it sounds as if you have mild intermittent RLS and there are quite a few things that can help with this.

Well i calmed down and had a very good night sleep. I am convinced that rls was aggravated by the issue that made me very angry.Thank you all!
Doctor Buchfuhrer says that stress can definitely make it worse.
