No notifications

Can anybody tell me why i no longer receive notifications. Haven't received any for the last two weeks. What can i do to rectify it x

Click on your icon, click on Settings and scroll down to

Digests

A summary of posts from the communities you're following and featured content from HealthUnlocked

Daily list of all new posts

Daily selection of top posts

Weekly selection of top posts

Monthly selection of top posts

No digest emails

Click whichever digest you wish to receive and save.

Perhaps this may help:

There are several reasons why you might not be receiving your HealthUnlocked email notifications.

A common reason is that our emails to you are being directed to your spam Inbox or being blocked by your email provider (e.g. yahoo, hotmail, gmail). You can resolve this issue by adding '[e-mail]' to your contacts. Click below to see how to do that on:

Yahoo

Outlook (Hotmail)

Gmail

Another possibility may be that you have an incorrect email address linked to your HealthUnlocked account. You can verify this by following the steps below:

1. Click on your profile picture on the top menu and select "Settings". Alternatively click here to access your Account settings page

2. Scroll down and verify that the correct email address is entered in the "Email address" section

3. If you make any changes, make sure you click "Save changes" before leaving the page

If that does not work, I suggest you click on your icon, click on Help and post your question there and hopefully someone from HealthUnlocked will reply to you.
