All of us!😢😱😨😵

Have you tried a short halflife sleeping pill such as Ambien- which won't leave you groggy the next day. I use Halcion- but its not ok ed in UK.

I would only use it occasionally because its addictive but grand for when the next day is really important. ( isn't every day?)

I take two magnesium citrate 200gr total at night and think that helps. Some people take 400 gr.

Mind yourself.

I'm only taking iron and magnesium supplements, i don't want to take anything else as I know I'll depend on it so much

I just need a very long break :(

There's no shame in taking the drugs, even if to only take the edge off. Even if you choose to come off them again, at least you'll get your mojo back between times.

I think everyone here will relate to that.

You can always try the likes of Valerian root or many of the herbal concoctions for sleep.

Before I left it work it was a case of sleeping when I could - if I got 15 minutes spare I would try and sleep if no sleep I would meditate.

Might be worth thinking of something to control the RLS so sleep can come. If you don't want the Dr's stuff you can look at Kratom & Cannabis and watch your diet - any sweeteners and the like aren't good for us.

Think about Iron - low Iron - low energy and people with RLS have been shown to have poor capacity for storing Iron.

Good luck.

I am on Ropinirole total of 3mgs, I am in the process of trying to get of it. I was advised to take 500mgs of magnesium by a neurologist, also awaiting iron gluconate to arrive. I do take cocodamol at night also trying to get of them but they are addictive. Go on Web site and look at information, there may be things you could try that others have. Good luck to you I know what it was like, RLS is a horrible condition.
