There is no link in your post,

When I googled that name, no particular product appeared-- just a company.

Please be more specific in what you are advertising!?

Thanks.

in reply toMadlegs1

Oh I’m sorry but please don’t talk like that.

Agreed, Rivoli, it was a rather unnecessary harsh reply from Madlegs1. Although you did not post a link it is quite easy to google these sock products, if interested.

Thanks for that I appreciate it.x

Voxx socks have helped me so much with rls. I brought a pair of the socks and was amazed at how much they helped so I brought 2 more pairs. I have cut back on my medication because of them. A year later I got diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and could hardly walk so i put the socks on and used some gel inserts and within 3 days the pain was gone and now 3 months later it's not come back. They worked really well for me and I recommend them to everyone I know with rls. The socks don't just help for those things I've mentioned though. They help with a lot of other health related things.

Have had good results from compression socks. Cost about $15 a pair.

I’m so pleased for you I hope it continues.

Voxx socks are not compression socks. I was looking at those but decided to go with voxx instead. They are a lot more expensive than compression socks but they were well worth the money i spent. I was skeptical of all the reviews saying how good they were but after trying them out myself I can see why every review I've seen has praised them so highly.

I purchased SB SOX from Amazon at $15 a pair. Have had RLS for years. These sox gave me immediate relief from the symptoms during the day. The relief also, for some reason gave me relief during the night as well, even though I removed them before bed. I also take ropinirole, but I suspect the drug is losing its effectiveness, which is not surprising as I have taken it for about 20 years. I suspect, unfortunately, that the causes of RLS are different in some respect for everyone, with different triggers for everyone. For example, sugar, caffeine, alcohol are all triggers, making my symptoms worse. I have also found that when my feet are sore, from extended walking, that the aching translates into increased RLS symptoms. I have recently gotten orthotics for my feet (high arches and hammer toes) and found that they seem to help in relieving my symptoms as well. All very complicated.

I'm sure these socks can be of some benefit. It's always good to have good quality socks and if you have any trust in reflexology or acupuncture then what you put on your feet can help.

I did google it and came across a few sites which advertised this product. Unfortunately, I'm not convinced that there's any real science to back up the claims made about them. Apparently it's "HPT technology" but I can't find any explanation of that and I can't think of any connection between some kind of pattern built into a sock that can affect your brain stem, as one claim seems to be.

This seems to be "reflexology plus". Not to disparage reflexology, it does have benefits.

What actually worried me is that apparently you can get patches too. You mustn't wear the patch and the socks at the same time. You put the patches on your forearm, they last 24 hours. These contain "neurotech".

One site I found was all about joining the company and selling these, for $400, you can get this sales kit etc

I couldn't find any mention of RLS in relation to these products, so even.if they do actually do what they're claimed to do, (which is vague anyway) as far as RLS is concerned they're probably irrelevant.

For RLS, compression stockings might be more effective.

And cheaper.

But each to his/her own

I was thinking the same before I tried them. How can a pair of socks make a difference? Some call them magic socks and I can see why. The first time I put them on my RLS stopped in about 40 minutes and I was asleep.

That’s interesting thank you
