SIBO and RLS

I just listened to the RLS Foundation webinar on SIBO and RLS. Most interesting! The gastroenterologist researcher’s wife has RLS so he knows what we’re going through. I’m not going to try to paraphrase his findings but highly suggest listening to it even if you don’t think you have SIBO. I think you might have to be a member of the Foundation to have access to the webinars.

I have read that 60% of people with primary RLS also have SIBO. Worth taking the breath test to confirm if it is a factor.
