This may be of help to some of you out there. I had three consecutive bad night with my rls however yesterday I decided to have an exercise day in the morning I went to the gym and in the afternoon I played bowls for two hours and socialised in the evening at bedtime I massaged my legs with olbus oil which is mainly used as a oil fir sinus problems I pur two to four drops on each leg and massaged them vigorously for five or minutes lo and behold I had a wonderful nights sleep no jerking of the limbs or thrashing about which had kept me awake for three previous nights. I know it's not a cure but believe me it's worth ite wieight in gold to get a nights sleep I hope this may be of some use to dome of you because rls is such an insidious disease good luck

I used the same oil in desperation one evening and it worked for me too.

Did i work again last night? I’m going to get some today, worth a try. In spite of all I do I still get a run of nights without much sleep about once a month or so.

Hi yes it worked to a certain extent I was kept awake with my exema but my legs were not jerking about which is a great relief I know it's not a cure but it helps to get some sleep I have also bought almond oil as a base liquid and I add a few drops of lavender which helps sleep massage the legs vigorously for five minutes or so. I have also been drinking lemon balm tea before bedtime hope it works for you.
