Everyone Please Try Taurine.

I have had RLS for 5 years now and at it's worst I was getting spasms that locked both legs sticking straight out from my chair and vibrating.

One day last year I had one of my lateral thinking epiphanies and wondered if the Taurine that is added to Energy drinks to prevent the coffee jitters might help with RLS. upon purchasing some, very easily done since it is sold everywhere as a food supplement, being an Amino Acid, and trying it I found it had a very rapid effect and within 3 days I was down to a mild tingling in my toes that mostly clears up within 2 hours. The difference it has made to my quality of life is incredible and I cannot shout it loudly enough and feel a need to tell other sufferers to try it as I think RLS may be effected by amino acid levels, which is why taurine is an almost, there is more missing for a full cure.

I may have lucked into a fix that helps me, this doesn't mean it will help everyone but I am certain it will help some of you so please invest in a bottle of 1000mg Taurine tablets and try it for a month.
