Hi, well firstly I’ve stopped pramipexole again due to it giving me panic attacks, which is a shame as it did help. Tried kratom capsules which didn’t help but I think I wasn’t taking enough, but didn’t fancy taking 10-15 all at once. So, I’ve ended up back on gabapentin. I’ve been a bit of a wreck this last week or so, constant panic attacks, no sleep whatsoever and pacing constantly. I must have looked like a zombie walking round. I have been close to the edge. My dr had to prescribe me lorazepam today just so I could take it to enable me to get to my appt. anyway, seen a lovely dr who I saw once before, she has upped the gabapentin, and told me to take 2trazadone before bed which should help me sleep. I cane away feeling more positive. So fingers crossed it will all help and I can get some sleep at least.

Just a suggestion, since I've managed my RLS for over five years now solely with kratom. I don't like the capsules, as they upset my stomach. Instead, I put one or two tsps. in a little cup of orange juice and wait for it to dissolve. Then I drink it. I find maeng da and green leaf kratom to be the strongest, although often I just mix different strains to keep from developing much of a tolerance. Good luck!
