Had RLS from 10yrs to 20yrs subsided till I was 70yrs. Terrible, doc put me on sinemet fine for 12mths then augmentation, changed to pramipexol 18 yrs ago started @ 1x 125/day been on 3xday for 4 years now. Works well

I am an old pharmacist, no side affects apart from helping sleep at night. No complaints.

Good to know that you can keep ticking along even with the challenges of RLS!

Gosh, you seem to be one of the luckier ones.

Do you never get breakthroughs?

And do you attribute your better sleep to pramipexole? The primary CND side-effect on the insert is insomnia, and this is true for me. Sadly.

And perhaps, at your age, and considering your apparent lack of the worst side-effects of insomnia and OCD, it would not matter if you up-tick a little more at some time.

You seem to have the white magic without the black magic.
