I had this a couple of weeks ago. It came out of the blue! Drove me crazy. I really sympathize for all of you poor suffers out there. Then I remembered that I hadn't taken my 1000mg effervescent Vitamin C with Zinc for a week as I ran out. I got some more and taking them again religiously. So now the symptoms have stopped! So I am thinking that this helped me so maybe it can help you sufferers out there. Worth a try!

Interesting - I will have to try that too...
Thanks for the info about vitamin c and zinc...was thinking of taking iron but will try the effervescent drink first. Although listening to music helps me, I need to stop RLS in the first place.Stay well😊
