I can safely say most of us are in a fog, either because of severe sleep deprivation, and/or side effects of SOME meds. It is kind of "normal" for us. :)

Does it make your arms and legs feel weak? Today has been a good day. My hubby helped me stretch my legs last night. They were soooo right I was crying!!! Today I feel a wee better until I ate?? Hmmm?

After a bad attack, I feel kind of weak. I don't necessarily think it is part of RLS, but is a "side effect" of moving so much. Maybe you can describe "weak" a little better to us? I also have many other issues that can cause my legs and body to feel weak, so it all kind of blends together with me.

Definitely!

Yes, definitely. It's not just the nights you have to get through, it's the day time sleepiness and foggy brain you get from sleep deprivation as well. At present I take nothing for the RLS except the occasional 30mg codeine when I can't get it to switch off by any other means and have already woken several times, so the main fog is pure sleep deprivation for me. If i can get a couple of hours sleep up till 10am on days that works it can make all the difference
