Left Thumb and Toe restlessness

Hi, recently only my left thumb and left toe have been restless, primarily at night but occasionally at day. It's unusual why it's just those two. I hope to find an answer. They also become restless at the same time. I've searched that diabetes may be a cause or iron deficiency. Thanks.

If I were you, I'd contact your GP. Sounds like the early murmurings of Parkinson's or something similar.
