Following a severe bout of cramp I have been left with bruised muscles and quite a bit of pain. Last night I massaged tiger balm into feet and legs and got relief from both cramp and rls. I think it is the gentle warmth. Need to look for more as had that jar for years and now empty

On another group Tiger Balm was the new thing people found worked for their RLS. I tried it and i had to wash it off the smell was too over powering and i couldnt sleep. I use a product called deep freeze here in the UK, it has menthol in the ingredients and its the menthol that helps calm the RLS enough to drop off to sleep, it doesnt work all night for me, but a little sleep is better than none. If you live in the UK, i got my Tiger Balm from Boots the Chemist. and it is a tad expensive .

We are all different. I tried bio freeze but like the warmth also the smell of tiger balm helps stuffy nose. Also tried Arthro canon which is good. Looks like a big tube but hardly any in it so doesn’t last which makes it expensive
