Does anyone else permanently have hot legs all the time? obviously it is more so at night when I’m settling down to relax, but it can be freezing and still I have hot legs which then triggers my RLS. I can’t even use the magnesium spray as I wake up and my legs are so hot it just doesn’t soak into my skin.

Hot legs alongside RLS
I definitely struggle with this. Even on the coldest nights, I have to aim a fan straight at my legs to fall asleep.
Yes me too particularly knees to feet - can't bear bedclothes over them!
Yes, I wear sandals instead of slippers inside the house, and often sleep with my feet outside the bed clothes, and in this British Summer with very few if any bed clothes. It doesn't bring on rls, but intensifies it. I've managed to control my rls with a change of diet and take no medication. Still get hot in bed thought.
I've had hot feet for as long as I can remember - which at my age admittedly isn't very long. I have one of these rotating tower fans at the foot of the bed, and it's on all night. On my recent visit to England, the fan was about the thing I missed most of all. I doubt whether hot feet has anything to do with rls, though. More a circulation issue, I would think.
I always have a fan going and keep my feet out of the covers too.
My legs feel hot but my feet are the opposite they feel really cold all the time even on hot days. I wear fluffy bed socks on the hottest of days. A tiny draught will set my RLS and if my hubby forgets and puts air con on in the car and I feel it on my feet within a couple of minutes my RLS goes crazy. So hot water bottles and socks for me! X
Yes I know the hot leg feeling. I sleep with a chill pillow and purchased a fan that is made to fit under your top sheet. It is a slender tower that is tucked in by the top sheet to hold in place. Amazon carrys them. There is a manufacturer in Texas also. Was made for people who sleep too hot. I live in Arizona gave one to my son folds down to take with you. Might look into this fan for help.
What’s a chill pillow? Thanks for the help
