Body Vibration Platform

I went to a home expo today and they had those body vibration platform machines. You stand on it and it shakes your whole body and is supposed to help myriad body issues. The sales guy mentioned it helped restless leg so I asked him how and he said he sits on the floor and puts his legs on the machine and lets his legs shake. So this kind of makes sense to me since half of what i’m doing at night is shaking my legs and bobbing my feet to get pain relief. Has anyone tried one of these machines with good results? I didn’t buy one (they were $700) but I see a similar one on Amazon for a couple of hundred and i’m Tempted to try! Any opinions?

I’ve always driven Vintage or Classic cars and that has never helped me!

I have one that is flat with several settings. Some nights it works so well, I leave it on and can sleep with it. Other nights it aggravates it and I must get up and walk around the house for 30 minutes. It is worth having something like mine, it probably won't work all the time, but any night that is more restful is a blessing.

Hi I am wondering if the vibrating machine is still helping?

It is almost the same as I wrote - slightly less effective. Maybe the RLS is worse and that's why it does not help as often as it used to. mostly, walking around 20 to 30 minutes and an ice pack in a pillow case is the best for me when the massager does not work.
