Hello 😊 I had my thyroid removed in Nov '17 & I'm on 100/75mcg Thyroxine alternate days...i just want to know if anyone knows how long it takes to be more active & when you stop being so exhausted all the time? Peni 😴

There is- and it's very good.

I've been impressed by the knowledge some members have concerning vitamins etc.
