I’ve just discovered and joined your forum. Thought I’d ask if anyone has experience with Levocarb? I’ve had rls for many years and only found a doctor (in Canada) about 4 years ago that would take me seriously! He prescribed Levocarb, but it’s no longer working.
Thanks

If it's no longer working you need to go back to your neurologist. Levocarb is no longer first line treatment as it is the most likely to cause Augmentation- that's where a dopamine agonist(DA) stops working, makes RLS symptoms worse and the RLS moves to other body parts , like your arms or legs.
If the DA hasn't made symptoms worse, you can sometimes change to another DA ( like the Neupro patch). However, if the symptoms are worse and you are suffering Augmentation, the only option is to reduce slowly over months/weeks with the help of a strong opioid painkiller and start new meds like Gabapentin or Pregabalin.
Put Augmentation in the search box ( top right) and you'll see lots of links to it.
